Job Summary

We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Physics Teacher to join our international high school campus in Shenzhen. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality instruction in Physics following the A-Level curriculum to senior students. The ideal candidate should hold at least a Bachelor's degree and possess a strong command of the English language.

Key Responsibilities

• Instruction: Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging Physics lessons to Senior students (A-Level), ensuring alignment with the exam board specifications (e.g., Cambridge CAIE or Edexcel).

• Curriculum Delivery: Teach complex physics concepts clearly and effectively, fostering critical thinking and problem-solving skills.

• Assessment: Create and grade homework, quizzes, and mock exams. Provide constructive feedback to students to help them improve.

• Student Support: Offer extra support and guidance to students, particularly in preparation for their final A-Level examinations and university applications.

• Collaboration: Work closely with other science department members to share resources and best practices.

• Classroom Management: Maintain a disciplined and positive learning environment.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree (本科) in Physics, Applied Physics, Engineering, or a closely related field is required. (Master’s degree is a plus).

• Language: Native or near-native proficiency in English (both written and spoken).

• Curriculum Knowledge: Familiarity with the A-Level Physics syllabus is highly preferred.

• Experience: Previous teaching experience is preferred, but outstanding fresh graduates with strong academic backgrounds are also encouraged to apply (based on the "Bachelor" and flexible requirements indicated).

• Skills: Strong communication skills, patience, and the ability to inspire students. Proficiency in using educational technology.

Compensation & Benefits

• Monthly Salary: 22,000 – 27,000 RMB (Pre-tax).
