About the Position

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic English Teacher to join our growing international school community in Changsha, Hunan Province.

Key Responsibilities

Plan and deliver high-quality English language lessons aligned with international curriculum standards.
Develop engaging materials and resources to support diverse learning styles.
Assess student progress through formative and summative assessments.
Provide constructive feedback to students and parents.
Participate in school events, parent-teacher conferences, and professional development.
Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a cohesive educational experience.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree or above in English, Education, or related field - Native English speaker (US, UK, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Ireland, South Africa) - 2+ years of teaching experience preferred - TEFL/TESOL certification (120 hours minimum) or state teaching license - Strong classroom management skills - Age: 22-55 years old - Clean criminal background check
